I’d give you a hint, but I think it’s kinda obvious the answer…

If anything this BS helps ATP recruit far more than the other way around.

”Drop $90K Zero to Hero and you MIGHT actually just maybe get hired at whatever they are gonna call themselves. We wouldn’t lie to you! We help with financing. Give us a call right now!”
This. It is a tiny pipeline to attract a few guys a year. In no way could it become an actual flow of talent.

Because if they could pull more from them right now they would. It’s not like you just sign up for ATP and boom you’re at hired. The amount of candidates with the brains and skills to complete the program and make it to Sprontier will be extremely minimal.
I hope you find happiness at your next airline, because you obviously are not happy here.

It's not just that. Essentially take any potential new hire for a regional and they will come here do 2 or 3 years and leave. The same amount going into the regionals are just redirected here. They are also basically just atp instructors anyways. Get ready for a new substandard contract. They will clear this place out faster than you can reply to this logic

Well that would be bad. Delta has lost money for two years so they will be taking concessions, right?

Thanks for this prediction. Your crystal ball seems to show the exact opposite of what really happens.
