Also its not just money why people are leaving IMO
Im willing to bet that a large amount of people leaving dont really want to but they are not inspired with any confidence about NK and its future.

The question is if NK is sold do the pilots go with the acquisition and what does that mean for their career? Some may elect to stay the course in hopes of an AirTran/Southwest buyout scenario.

If only there was a section in some sort of agreement that was collectively bargained that addressed that issue? Even better if it was in the first part of that agreement, to find easily?

I think the greater worry is that they may be too slow or reticent to act, and that this thing might get out of hand before they take action.

Honestly maybe. They are the same group that lost around 100 million not including public perception and a customer base last year and then just blamed covid and the weather.
