Whether it's 300-400 or 500 pilots that need to go either from a furlough or attrition...just wondering where those numbers come from? 41 aircraft grounded at the end of 2024, so just wondering if the number of pilots that need to go might be a bit higher?

I believe attrition is taking care of it. There hasn’t been any official communication about furloughs, VIL’s or anything…but I think the majority of us think something is coming.

Assuming the merger approval happens shortly I can’t imagine the first action afterwards to be a furlough of any employees. VILs I would completely expect, but doubt anything drastic beyond that to force people out.
