However, I do agree we need to all be on the same page and fight for a jcba that competes and or is better than the legacy’s and makes our airline an attractive place to call home.

Attrition for both airlines isn’t a good situation in my opinion. We both have recent TA’s and it would be nice to see both airlines financially healthy before the merger. Seems to me that Spirit can’t staff the airline properly currently as I see ac sitting on ramps everywhere(not referring to engineless neos). It’s kind of depressing.

Any updates on Spirit's attrition at this point?
Just wondering if the JetBlue/Spirit merger was factoring into people waiting to apply to one of the legacies or not. I'm guessing probably not and attrition is still pretty bad, but just thought I'd ask on here to see what people were thinking.

Remaining on the SL from the 2013 hires:
JB: total 221, A320 PIC 73, 220/170 PIC 53, FO 100.
NK: total 168, PIC 162, FO 6.
2018 hires:
JB: 224 total, 158 320, 23 220, 42 170, all FO
NK: 298 total, 40PIC, 258 FO.
(all based on March 22 Seniority list data, because the way I built the excel sheet makes it hard to add to the bottom....)
Yes, once you upgrade, your pay is a bit higher, but if it takes an extra 5 years to upgrade.....
