Bad news should be reported rarely. Good news should be reported all the time.

Also no more monthly updates. Moving to quarterly. What’s up with that?
Since it’s clear the company doesn’t care about attrition or attracting new hires, it makes sense to move on to something more productive.

What? That’s not possible I was told the new TA would fix the attrition problem 😂. I think we need to keep putting out monthly reports, not sure why they are stopping them and going to quarterly.

Yep - I want to see the burn as it happens. Seems like the union is just giving in to the company by not publishing the abysmal attrition numbers monthly.

Agree and it’s not hard or time consuming to do these reports so I’m not sure why they aren’t going to be doing them every month, other then the fact that it looks terrible that we netted 7 people, but I think it should be published every month.

In all fairness, no one has said anything to me about lowering the bar or the likes. I get congratulated. I’m not saying we don’t deserve more or that we shouldn’t have gotten a better deal, but we’re the bottom when you compare it to some other carriers
