By saying we do the same work as united and delta pilots so do regionals pilots. We all transport pax from place to place. Did many trips well over 4 hrs while at a regional so it’s not all short hops. If you’d like to argue fleet type 737 pilots arguably do more work than Airbus pilots.

We aren’t all the same. We sign up to work for a specific company with specific work rules for a specific pay. That same job at another company might pay a lot more but will have different working conditions and different work rules. You choose based on what’s acceptable and what the best overall situation is for you. Spirit has never and will never be the highest paid and a lot of people are willing to give that up for what they determine to be better qol and better work rules. This is where spirit sits in the industry and until there’s a change in management or a change in the companies position or thinking it’s where spirit will stay.
I personally know a few people hired at DAL and UAL that have no degrees

you “think” you are a good troll when in reality you are just a sad defeatist old man who’s just “happy to be here” “at least it’s not a regional”

I think you just proved Halon's point. Stop while you're behind.

Telling no voters who have some actual self worth and dignity that they have “brain damage” is cheeky and fun?

A “few” exceptions don’t define the rule. You always seem to want to one up me with something you personally know but I rarely if ever speak in absolutes. I didn’t say United or delta would never hire without a degree I just said you’ll be hard pressed to find anyone there without one. They just dropped those rules last year and it still comes down to resume. If your resume is impressive enough without a degree they won’t pass on you anymore because of it. Doesn’t mean they’ll take just anyone without one though.

I didn’t say you spoke in absolutes. You’re making it seem like it’s rare or difficult to land a job at a legacy without one. It definitely helps having a degree, but there are tons of people posting up their legacy CJOs who don’t have TPIC or a degree.

I don’t care to one up anyone. Your info was bad and I pointed it out. That’s what happens in a public forum.

You’re not funny, but at least you recognize the fact that you’re a troll.
