Junior FedEx guys are looking at going to delta. Go look at their forum. Things slowed there. Deltas contract ends at $383 for A321 $396 for 321NEO with way faster narrowbody seniority progression, faster upgrades, better sick and vacation, way better profit sharing expected to add probably 10-20% additional compensation on top of already much higher rates. Not just “a bit” more pay I don’t think, and with faster relative seniority on NBs and a better contract, likely better QOL too.
Hopefully I will see you there soon.

look at the bright side. Looks as though they still haven’t fixed vac. Got the 5th week after 15 but credit still industry lagging. Hawaiian cemented themselves to that as well with thier ta.

Seems like the corporate vision is to keep this place limping along without imploding to the point of complete failure

I'm at Delta and some of us are even against our current TA as it stands. Really having trouble figuring out why you guys passed this garbage.

You are correct. That Dog and Pony road show should have hinted towards this. Time to replace MEC and especially this very weak NC.

It was sold to the pilot group as essentially a momentary pay raise while we wait for the TPA and JCBA with JetBlue. The MEC achieved their goals with fear mongering about our financial situation. Very surprised and sad that it passed with 69% of the vote.
