Tell that to the pax on the other airlines trying to get into FLL when Ian hit back in September.

While everyone else was canceling due to a little bit of wind (American canceled 100% into FLL that day, I guess they can't do max demonstrated x-wind in a 320) we were out there getting the job done.

Lol, our Ian recovery was stellar. Had the most cancellations out of any us airline.

Oh our recovery after the storm was awful lol

But during the actual storm we ran ops into south florida like a well oiled machine, which I find both funny and ironic

I do like working here thus far and I trust the people in charge know what they’re doing,,,,but this doesn’t sit well with most of us. I’m just picturing a senior citizen who isn’t tech savvy not being able to figure this out.

There will be a time very soon, and it will come sooner than we think, where even Senior Citizens grew up during the computer age.

I don’t trust the people in charge “know what they are doing”. Honestly I think the lack of direction we have seen from management reinforces that, they are playing reactive to every situation
