Yeah, they talk the talk. The two questions are:
1. Will they walk the walk while still agreeing to NK QOL work rules which seems far superior to current JB work rules in many non-monetary respects?
2. Is DOJ gonna allow the merger at all?

Answer those questions and a whole lot of decisions become easier.

Frontier just started offering 35k bonuses to new hires this week. Should further deplete the Spirit pool.

Envoy is now offering $100,000 bonus paid on day 1. With the super high temporary pay, one would make around $250,000 the first year there. Hard to resist for a first year guy here only making $60k.

To be fair I think that’s just for people with over 950 hours 121 and you have to accept a CJO by Dec 31st.
