Growth is great and all and I'm happy for it, but let's not forget the pain that comes with that growth and the typical Spirit M.O. of having one person doing the job of five people.
I hear that a lot about the pilots in Texas. Any reasoning behind it? Nobody ever gives me a clear answer.

Not sure about that. When I got hired here I cancelled/ let expire all apps elsewhere. Just revived my app and got a call within 2 weeks from UAL. Nobody said anything about the lack of update/ interest in the company at the interview. Got hired anyways.

I mean… we’ve been hiring like mad 50 a month and the seniority list seems to only grow at half that pace so people are going somewhere. I’m on the fence myself.

Hard to give up bidding 70%, dropping my awful line and only flying 10 1-day trips a month for 85 credit though, can’t do that at the legacies

Can you expand on that? Not too many jumping from the bigger places to here so any more perspective you could provide would be nice to hear.

Upgrades slowing to 20 per month starting January 2022 (fresh from the town hall). New hires increasing to 78 per month. Not sure if that will slow attrition as upgrades stagnate.

Somebody said on the Townhall that we are completely changing our procedures again like a complete overhaul?

Don’t think procedure will change all that much but complete over haul of the manuals yes.

It's a senior stagnant base with little growth, if any.
