You are beating us(JB) in shear numbers(38 for us in august, 29 for September) and of course crushing us % wise.(how many active pilots is your list right now?)

Our losses are almost exclusively sub 2 year FO’s with a few retirements sprinkled in.

Well when you threaten to permanently displace half the pilots in 3 large legacy bases you will get that. If they do decide to continue with the displacement I expect to see those numbers get a lot higher as it’s not just the junior FOs who will be looking for a way out.

Can we redo our surveys?

I thought I was pretty aggressive but Breeze new rates have me second guessing

I was really hoping for more. Kind of disappointing.
