I left 3rd year captain pay at my regional for a 39% pay bump in year 2 at Spirit. Year 3 Captain rates are now $155/hr. You do the math. That is minimum of what we should be shooting for.

Huh? You lost me there. Minimum we should be shooting for is FO pay that starts with a 2XX and CA pay that starts with a 3XX..

We're on the same page.

Year 3 regional CPT rates $155/hr + 39% = $215/hr minimum for Spirit FO.

This right here.

Same people who went to MAJORS that paid 30 some bucks an hour are the same people that took Regional jobs at 10 some bucks an hour then want to turn around and tell someone that is happy to be out from under the ****ty umbrella of regional life that they are wrong. Laughable. Their acceptance of ****ty pay and treatment perpetuated the whip saw. When the next generation looked at pay and said EFF that is when change actually happened, the 1500 hour rule was just coincidental to that.

There is no QoL at NK, the same guys who took the 30 some bucks an hour sold out all the QoL rules for an absolute chump change contract. Unfortunately I expect that tradition to continue with the last negotiating update email the company is seeking - "administrative changes to the processing of certain premium flying, changes to certain management pilot provisions, and scheduling modifications to improve reserve staffing requirements." so we'll probably take a big giant L on more quality of life and premium pay for another chump change contract.

If your not talking 2XX and 3XX pay rates your head is stuck in the orifice between your legs.

/rant over, sorry for hurting any substandard contract yes voting boomer's feelings

And I clarified what heard a few weeks ago was a 30 day look back at that time, but the August numbers show it wasn’t as many captains as rumored. My total numbers were dead nuts on.
