We'd prefer if you brought $330 first year FO, $900 top Captain to the JCBA.

For DOS of the contract? If it came down tomorrow maybe. With a DC of 17% and yearly 5% or inflation plus 2% (whichever is greater) increases annually until we do the SERIOUS negotiating for the JCBA. Insurance for newbies starting the first month after they go to intro too, of course.
