September opening for ATL with no pilot displacements, and IAH by the end of the year.

Sheeeeeeeeeeet… there’s 25-30 captains here that would take a downgrade to be in the first round of ATL pilots

Again, that doesn't solve the issue of a reduction bid. When they take their downgrade THEY MUST BE REPLACED in their original base and seat.

This is correct. Maybe the language was poorly written.
"No pilots will be displaced in September as the reductions will only occur where vacancies are created in a domicile due to a pilot leaving the company."
He should have written "involuntarily displaced"
