Are you seriously bragging about AAs profit sharing?
What's the average you've got lately? 500 a year during the best years?

Some guy left Alaska for Breeze. More than one guy left Alaska for Sun Country. A 10th yr Alaska CA left for Spirit.

To each their own, nothing is surprising in this hiring environment.

Even at Atlas we got 12.2% for 2021. If I remember correctly, AA profit sharing was 2% last time they were profitable. Delta was 15% I believe.

How does a company like AA give out profit sharing when they don’t ever make any profit 😂😂
