It’s fun watching the FLICA system bid numbers drop daily… fun playing games with the family like “let’s see how many pilots left today”!

What we do is each family member takes a pilot from the newhire class. The last one standing wins. Fun for all ages.

Another classic is “when will the first legacy pilot leave and come here for our quick upgrade and Delta pay!”

Management does love to say they love 'juniority'. They're gonna blame pilots staffing for the next meltdown, but dont worry, they'll also use our battle of attrition as a "low tier pilot' talking point.

Just as we will use it as an “underpaid pilots” talking point.

Any latest attrition numbers? I'm seeing lots of red on the reserve grid, and wondering if this has anything to do with attrition, or if we aren't getting enough new pilots.

We should get union numbers in a week or so for March. Super thin on FOs across the board.

I've been getting cold-called by scheduling a lot lately. Three times since Friday. I'm not on the XY list so they're just blindly calling people at home now.
