It does show up, at least on the report my previous employer sent. It isn’t considered a training failure though. You can check the no training failures box, but if you are worried about it you can always explain at the first opportunity. I know I stressed when I saw it because I didn’t think I had any 121 failures, but don’t worry. I’m sure they see it all the time and HR knows what is and is not considered a failure. Honesty and transparency is the best policy.

Gallup
Hi everyone, I received the email with the Gallup test a week ago . The problem is that I couldn’t do it because is asking for my SSN. I’m a legal resident now but I’m still waiting for my plastic. Does anyone have any recommendation on how let Spirit know that I’m really interested on the assessment but I’m not able yet? (Any email or something?) thanks for your help and time

Hi everyone, last week i received the email with the Gallup Test but couldn't do it because it is asking for my SSN, I'm a legal resident but still waiting the plastic. what would you recommend me? where could i contact spirit to let them know my situation. thanks in advance.
