If you were the grievance/compliance chair or negotiating committee maybe. Otherwise I’d say it’s actually good to put it on there and usually shows leadership characteristics. Very few union positions are across the table challenging the company on what they want to do.

Is it true spirit won’t look at you if you have had any failures or hiccups in the last 5 years? Heard that through the unofficial grapevine. Seems sort of extreme if true.

FWIW, I heard recruiting was currently removing any applicants from consideration that had a failure in a specified timespan. Not sure if it was 5 years but I would think that would be close
