thats a good point! I would like to think everyone in the airline industry is going to be smarter this time around and we know not to go crazy with shutting stuff down, laying off etc. again. Because demand will come back, and quick!

Some hiring info from latest townhall today
Hiring mixed with virtual and in person, with in person log book check required.
Two upcoming Meet the Chiefs events, MCO in Sept and LAS in Oct
Will attend RTAG (rotor wing to airline) event in California
322 hired year to date since March start, classes through October. 104 more for Nov and Dec classes.
600-700 hires and 300 upgrades for 2022.
Average experience in new hire classes ~5800tt and ~2800 PIC
Hiring mixed with virtual and in person, with in person log book check required.
