Curious as to if most spirit new hires actually meet the preferred mins of 4-6k, A320 type and LCA experience. I fall short of all these. Still waiting on a response but I know people with similar credentials who have gotten interview invites.

it depends on the class. In my class it was 8 regional CA’s, one regional FO, one ACMI type, one with a type from a South American operator, and two corporate guys. Everyone was in the 10k + range of time with a few check pilots.

Two didn't make it.

I have seen a bit of this on LinkedIn. I’m sitting at 3415tt 515 TPIC, one internal rec,,,,AF veteran, A&P cert, BS degree in aviation,,ISR UAV/UAS experience in Afghanistan….I can’t get a call anywhere.

Anyone know if the Delta variant is slowing anything down for Spirit? I would imagine it’s going to be short lived and cases will start going back down soon.
