Low to non existent. You’ll need at least an ATP and a couple thousand hours of flight time too…

sorry, we sometimes have a rough crowd around here. You still have a shot of getting hired here with only an associates degree. Prob less competitive though.

It’s actually an advantage. This person can’t leave for a legacy or FedEx or ups with their bachelor requirements. I truly think this person has the same chance as anyone else.

I think likely a slight disadvantage, but certainly not disqualifying if the rest of the package is reasonable. A four year degree is indeed ‘preferred’, but certainly not a show stopper…

And that was just some good natured kidding. I’ve seen rough crowds, and NK ain’t that. Well, one or two in any crowd maybe…
