im no expert but it seems the key to almost every corporate personallity is to answer consistently when a question is asked 10 different ways, with these underlying themes:
- you get along well with others
- you are outgoing
- you enjoy people’s company
- you generally trust people
- you think most people are benevolent
- you are confident and happy
-you are comfortable in most social gatherings

I met a few trainees at the training center & most were ex-CRJ/ERJ drivers. It’s great that they take people from various flying backgrounds. Great Recruiting team & everyone seemed very happy when I met them in FLL. If anyone needs any tips/ advice on the interview pls feel free to send me a private msg.

Looking to get back to the airlines. After much research, Spirit is the best fit for me. When looking over their Preferred list of qualifications the only thing I do not have is the type. I don't have check airman time but I do have Chief Pilot time in the corporate world. Considering the current hiring market would having the type still be a big bonus item? Curios how many have the type at the interview but I know probably not a known number. Not cheap but doable. Thanks in advance!
