What did you wear? A suit or business casual? I got an email for the logbook review and it says "dress to impress, the interview process is still going on". I don't mind wearing a suit however I am coming right from a multi-day trip at my Regional and am struggling on figuring out how to pack my suit properly in my roller-board with everything else I need. Business casual would be much more easier to pack.

I wore slacks and a button down shirt. Nicely pressed or ironed. When I was in training I saw most the logbook review folks wearing a suit and tie fwiw. If they’re adding dress to impress to the email now I’d probably go with a suit and tie. Best of luck!

Thanks, that is what I am planning on. Any advice on how to pack a suit on a 4-day regional trip and have it looking good at the end?

Keep it in a suit bag. Hang it up in the cockpit or coat closet if you have those in your plane. If not jut hang it from the back of your seat. If the suit is dry clean only no iron, the night prior put a towel over it and then iron. Google might have a better idea. Good luck!

I just find it funny that enough people came to logbook reviews/interviews underdressed that they had to add “dress to impress” to the email
why anyone wouldn’t wear a full suit to any function while being recruited for a multi-million dollar white collar career is a mystery to me.
And the fact that people are still today questioning if they should wear a suit, when the email specifically states “dress to impress”…. Hope those guys don’t have “good decision making skills” on their resumes
