$2500 includes per diem. It’s something like $1700 pay and $800 per diem.

Benefits do start on Day 1 now and $2500 includes per diem, unfortunately. This is a raise from the $1700 before the new contract

Did they change something a year or so ago where newhires are automatically started with a sick bank? I sort of remember something along those lines.
