It won’t bring much more than B6 has currently when 69% of our pilots wake up, look themselves in the mirror and tell themselves they already make “industry standard” pay. The majority here will cave at the first signs of difficulty and would be more than happy to take just the existing B6 contract.
Better follow Ted’s advice in his email and get everyone you know to message their law makers about supporting the merger so we can at least get that much… woe be unto us if this doesn’t go through.

I'm supposed to start training next month but reading some of this makes me somewhat nervous, especially as a recent CFI with barely over 1500 hours who just got off IOE at my regional. My regional also has a supposedly hard training program and I fortunately got through unscathed, and I got all the study material and am starting to go through that, but nonetheless some of these posts don't really inspire confidence...

There is a post in the first few pages that is super detailed about what to study. Know the flows, limitations, and the 5 memory items for sure. I am using the a320 app for the flows- once unlocked for 40 bucks it has the NK flows and has flash cards for limitations.
