Thanks - and Happy New Year!

you guys seriously don’t have AQP?

I’ll give JB credit where it’s due. Our training program is amazing and super pilot friendly!

To be fair doing 5 flights at 5 hours each and then giving guys a week off between flights isn’t quality teaching or learning.

Some of my captains have said 2-3 even one said 4 months because they are prioritizing FOs but that doesn’t mean it’s the case for everyone.

Good to hear, it’s one of the things I’m looking forward to in the merger. We have good instructors here but of the 3 airlines I’ve been at this is by far my least favorite for training.
