If you’re trying to interview somewhere else during your week home its definitely doable. I know multiple people who did.
Flows took me about two weeks before I had them down cold. Have them down before training starts and that’ll make training much more enjoyable.

If you’re already type rated in another jet you should remember how long it took to learn your flows. It’s about the same here with the exception that you are expected to fly from both left and right seats so you need to know flows both sides including call outs. 2-3 weeks is reasonable.

So just from looking at 1stepprep.com there is an A320 Flows Course. It's like half and hour and covers the flows all the way to takeoff. Basically use the Spirit training material and this and that will cover memorizing the cockpit flows before training stars that you guys are talking about on here?

I’m starting training with Spirit in a few weeks and the information they have sent me is for the A320. Once I show up is that A320 just a placeholder type of aircraft assignment where they later on assign me to the A319, A321, or the A320NEO, or is the A320 the aircraft I’ll be flying on?
I searched around on here but did not see an answer to that. I’m going through the flows, limitations, and memory items and noticed that there are limitations to memorize on all 4 aircraft, so just thought I’d ask to be sure. I’m currently memorizing everything.

I don’t know, maybe this is something you should have asked or known when accepting a job, who knows what was told to you, but I have zero faith in our company right now and this just shows another example. But yeah, learn them all, you’ll fly them all.
Hopefully you get that Delta job
