Anyone know which hotel Spirit is using for training? I'm getting into town early and wouldn't mind being in the right hotel to start with. Guessing no one is going to email back over a holiday weekend. Or after, either.

TIA

Anyone know what hotel Spirit put us up in for ground? Looking to come to FLL a few days early.

Hey pal maybe posting this wasn’t the brightest move.

Flows took me about two weeks before I had them down cold. Have them down before training starts and that’ll make training much more enjoyable.

So just from looking at 1stepprep.com there is an A320 Flows Course. It's like half and hour and covers the flows all the way to takeoff. Basically use the Spirit training material and this and that will cover memorizing the cockpit flows before training stars that you guys are talking about on here?

The 1step prep guy is a spirit instructor and pilot. I used the videos for oral prep for systems and buttonology. They are great. I never looked at the flows videos on there so can’t speak to those. The flow guide and AOM2 that you’ll have from Spirit are plenty for flows.

I’m starting training with Spirit in a few weeks and the information they have sent me is for the A320. Once I show up is that A320 just a placeholder type of aircraft assignment where they later on assign me to the A319, A321, or the A320NEO, or is the A320 the aircraft I’ll be flying on?

I searched around on here but did not see an answer to that. I’m going through the flows, limitations, and memory items and noticed that there are limitations to memorize on all 4 aircraft, so just thought I’d ask to be sure. I’m currently memorizing everything.

You fly them all interchangeably. The type covers all. Keep it up on learning the limitations for all, they do ask them all.

Not your fault but shows how pathetic our training and company is right now. The fact you are hired, with a class date, and training material, and nobody has even explained the FACT we fly all variants of the A320 series and you (we) are responsible for all of the limitations etc because we fly them all, it’s just sad.

I don’t know, maybe this is something you should have asked or known when accepting a job, who knows what was told to you, but I have zero faith in our company right now and this just shows another example. But yeah, learn them all, you’ll fly them all.

Hopefully you get that Delta job
