it’s possible this person is paying someone that is junior to them to do their bid.

Not sure what magical pixie dust you’re using but I’ve been here just UNDER 2 years, one of those being Covid year and I cannot hold a line in any base waiving everything. I still have people two months ahead of me that cannot either. ESPECIALLY in senior FO bases. I would be 85% in DFW. According to the January bid that’s out right now, I’ll be 70ish percent in DTW….. so. Maybe there’s a seniority cliff coming lol

i mean…. I’m not the smartest lightbulb in the drawer but I’ve gotten pretty adept at bidding through 10 years and 3 airlines.

It looks like the junior line holders in DFW were Jan ‘20 hires bidding high 70% from the Nov awards

You are 50% in our most senior FO base at 2 years? That seems extraordinary, but perhaps you caught the timing just right. I am not saying I dont believe you, but it seems to good to be true.

I mean, I waive everything, not much to talk about but do indeed submit it to the union for their input.

Hello!

What are the chances of getting FLL for a new hire?
Thank you!

It's the most JR base in both seats, so you should have no issue getting it right out of training.
