I saw on the Spirit Pilot FB page, someone talking about videos for the flows - I cant find them anywhere in.on the training site . . . I know I'm slow, but am I totally missing something here? I have the "Flow guide" Revision 8, btw. Just be nice if there was a video or something else.

Once you get your EFB, you will have access to comply. The training videos are on comply.

Know them... You need to 100% know them for CPT 1 that starts week 2. You will be doing FLL-MCO the first few CPT's with an instructor and if you struggle with flows that will set you back quite a bit. You need those CPT's to really learn things like programming the MCDU and learning FMA and Autoflight etc, not catching up on flows. I also recommend knowing your callouts for normal takeoff and ILS approach BEFORE the first CPT. I was a tad behind on the after landing flow... for the life of me I couldnt get that flow down after I landed because of so much going on LOL but by CPT 3 I was fine and it went smoothly the rest of the week. So, just know them all the best you can.
