gonna throw a tip out there, cuz a bunch of guys need to read this. Ya gotta wait until the fadecs calculate the cooling time before pushing the darn button. A flow doesnt have to be hurry up and push stuff. Wait a sec and read the upper. If after 5 or 10 seconds or so after turning the mode selector there is no time or only time on the #1, no need for dual cooling. Enough with the ding stuff.

If you wanna know about an airbrus, you have to know about the engdrines. If you wanna know about engdrines, you have to listen to me right now. Gas, wing, window, landing wheel....ecram. You dont have to dual crool if you dont want. You could just single crool. It's up to you. You can dual crool like my mom Doris. If you want.

The one time I tried to help out the FO and put in the bags and pax count - i screwed it up so badly we had to sit for about a half an hour after we pushed to unfubar the box to get the performance numbers to work...
so my standard warning to the FOs now if I ever put any numbers in the box is to "don't trust my work."
