A question that is probably more important now than last year.
A good reason to to exhaust last year's serious applicants/CJOs before new applicants. Last year's applicants wanted to be here when times were good.

This. A classmate of mine had a friend ask if he could write a letter for him even though Spirit would be “temporary.” I guess the friend chose Atlas instead.

I've been writing meet the chiefs since 2018 does that count for anything? Took a two year hiatus for military leave with plans to reattack in 2020... So much for that plan...

Agreed, fortunately they’re pretty good at sniffing out people who see NK solely as a stepping stone.

I had the ball rolling back in February. Then Covid hit. We made it through a meet the chiefs over the phone and then I had a lengthy conversation with HR over the phone. They had told me let’s shoot for an interview May/June hoping the restrictions would lift. They emailed me back in August saying to reply if I would like to be added to the interview pool. I really wanted Spirit and still do. Just hope the timing works out. From what I can tell the CJOs probably seized right about that time so maybe there’s still a chance. Hoping all the best. I’m lucky to still be employed and in the left seat. Was ready to make it to my career destination.
