Our current MEC was all too willing to hike that skirt up so I'm afraid we're all going to be waiting a really long time for that quid.
NK management and our MEC both scored back some points in my book though for past mistakes with how the Covid MOU's and EIL/VIL's were handled. We kept all of our guys/gals/xe/they on property and, in my opinion, set the industry benchmark in this regard so I'm willing to snuff out my torch and put the pitchfork away for the time being.
There's a lot of markets due for some yellow paint and I hope we take them in force ASAP.

When this crap started, the MEC told us they were working hard to prevent furloughs etc. On Townhalls TC and company shared a similar sentiment. At one point it appeared we were heading down that road, but... at the end of the day Management actually did work with us and hence we hashed out the 3/6/8 month EIL/VIL.
To me it never appeared to be lip service. It took until the 11th hour, to get it done, but it got done. There are very few airlines that can say the same...
I truly believe we are headed for great things.

Load factors haven't been the biggest issue. Per ticket segment fares are down 40% but ancillary revenue is mostly unchanged. New update in a few days though so it'll be good to see how Q4 went.
