Default BNA commuters

Anyone commute to a Spirit base from BNA? Just wondering how tough it is?

as with anything else, I think it just depends on the base.

The current commuter clause is one flight on any airline. I’d guess either DFW or ORD would work well enough. DFW remains very senior compared to DTW/MCO/FLL and ORD slightly less so. I don’t think DFW availability will occur in any system bid in the near future. I think the commuter hotel situation IVO ORD is better, too, with rooms at about 60 bucks a night, and crashpads in the 250s with public transport.

The biggest issue with NK is gapping your health care for 3 months during training, along with training/first year pay.

How likely is the one flight clause to stay in effect? Maybe even after the pandemic..?

In one of the P2P briefing, it's been said that the 1 flight clause and the 24 hr call out for LCR will be gone.

Probably to Potentially gone with the expiration of the MOU.

The reality is that flight connectivity still hasn’t really bounced back to anything approximate to NOV2019.
Many major city pairs are still three flights/day.

The company might think “too bad, so sad” until the hidden costs of that becomes more apparent.

ORD should be a fairly good commute under normal circumstances. Between UA and AA, there are plenty of flights. Covid makes things a little more complicated, obviously
