Could be worse, my last airline we phoned in questions. Had a senior FA ask if they would open a SNA hub so she wouldn’t have to drive to our base in LAX. Sometimes we spent 5 minutes of the call having the COO explain to the senior FA’s how to print out their pairings

Did she say she didn’t know that she could print out pairings, or how to run a computer?

I particularly liked the FAs who wanted to know where the “job well done” cards were filed...we assumed the filing cabinet was cylindrical in shape. On the pairings...it was always the fonts being too small for the MSP Mamas to read

I would love to know the job title of who suggested we "raise our ticket prices" in order to have "classier" passengers on the planes, which will reduce the number of gate returns for unruly passengers. Ted had a nice answer to that, a polite way of saying "cheap airfare is who we are, who we will always be, and what pays the bills."

Stupid runs deep even beyond the $10/hr employees.
