Good luck to guys on the bubble. Pins and needles I’m sure, waiting to see the EIL numbers and then trying to do voodoo math to see what that would it will do to the furlough numbers. Stressful times!

I put in for all the leaves in descending order. Hopefully me getting one saves a job

Of the 3 that are posted no one was awarded 6 and 8 month EILs?

On your phone, you either have to open the document in a new window or email it to see all the pages of the document. Per MEC email only 1 EIL wasn’t awarded. Great job guys! Hope this saves a lot of people.

It all depends on the cost savings by those taking the leave vs. not. We’ll find out shortly what the damages are, but it’s encouraging that this many participated....
