Of the 1,315 total leaves offered, all but 98 (1 EIL, 97 VILs) were awarded. That’s a 99.9% rate for the EILs & a 83% rate for the VILs. Incredible.

Big pat on the back for the senior guys who took the EILs. I can’t speak for everyone, but coming from someone on the bottom half of the seniority list, it’s greatly appreciated!!!!

Yeah, I was shocked how senior some of these went. From the newbies, thank you! Hopefully this really makes a dent in the final number

Great shame? ~46% of our seniority list took some form of leave and made a financial sacrifice to try and help save the junior guys. I think it shows a lot about what a solid pilot group we have.
