Average loss of $1.6M a day seems pretty acceptable given the circumstances and the fact that we were losing $4M a day for a significant portion of that time.

Is it just me or did spirit have to pay significant deferred taxes this quarter? Talk about bad timing.

UAL and DAL showed a reduction in losses with adjustments, SAVE showed an increase in losses.

Yup. And how about (yes our salaries were subsidized), we essentially broke even in June flying what? Barely 300 flights a day? Things could be far worse.
