Not sure where you guys work? But I’ve honestly never seen a clean toilet at Spirit. Even ferried a brand new plane after delivery flight and the aft lav had skid marks...

Until you have flown 1200 miles in the back of a C-130 with a bunch of Troops redeploying from a year in the sandbox, you have no real concept of a dirty latrine. The fact that half of them went to a local goat grab their last night in theater didn’t help things a damn bit either.

I can’t control the cleanliness of the forward lav other than the basic wiping of the bowl after I use it or the sink after I wash my hands.

My ability to keep the flight deck tidy is significantly greater, and I’ve yet to see much of anyone bother to keep it looking like something other than used horse stall.

That’s a bit much. For the most part, I think our guys do a pretty decent job cleaning up after themselves.

A pretty good job? Maybe if you mean the flight decks looks as filthy as any other. Not remotely if you mean any sense of clean.

There are pretty tried and tested methods to removing stuff from carpets as well as wiping down the flight deck. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure it out. And yes, I do them.
