Once training is done you get to work at regional FO rates for the rest of the year. It’s not like we are UPS that bumps to $190 second year.

The only upside is hopefully upgrade stays relatively low and you can hit the over 200 mark once you upgrade. Then enjoy 72 hours guarantee. I guess you could w*ore yourself out with the x/y but that’s not guaranteed. It’s all a gamble. Leaving, staying, 90 days hoping your family stays healthy. It was getting real thin there for me. Living in base now saves me the 300 on a crashpad and train passes. God forbid you commute that first year.

not sure what “relatively low” is when our upgrade times are longer then the big four.

Let me guess, Delta FO, or maybe failed NK new hire training and have a vendetta?
Wow insecure much? I don’t work at NK and I’ve never applied. I wish no ill will to anyone there and I’ve never slammed the pilots. Come on over and have some southern koolaid. It’s pretty good.

Ya but isn’t it low at those because it’s an eternal hell in LGA/JFK/EWR with senior people beneath repeatedly bumping you to the bottom?

Great point!

It would be interesting to see the upgrade times in the various sun belt domiciles. I'm guessing it's not incredibly junior but you never know until you see the data.

Yeah as a commuter, this first year has been, how you say, interesting.

After going through this reserve process here, I won't be upgrading until I can hold at least a LCR line. Hopefully we can get some reserve rules improved, that could always change things.
