How does it feel that Sun Country pilots and now the majority of Avelo pilots make more than us??

Next I here for Ferbreze airlines is going to pass us up too!

what’s worse is Avelo pilots get to dress even more unprofessional than we do. They get to wear ball caps. And I hear hoodies with epaulets are on deck.

likely won’t be for long. You know how it goes. It’s a game of leap frog. Now more then ever.

I hope your right. But I don’t know if our frog legs are going to be moving anytime soon!

We’re not just very far from break even attrition, and that could happen sooner than later if Miramar doesn’t start trying to correct things. I can’t imagine that they’re really going to wait and see if this is transitory or the new norm.

10 upgrades vs the planned 32. Folks are heading for the exits as we speak. Regional pilots don’t even plan on applying to Spirit when Legacy’s and FEDEX/UPS are hiring 9k this year. When you commute on a Regional, tell them Spirit is hiring when you check in with the flight deck and listen to what they say. Spirit has an up hill battle attracting talent or any pilot for that matter.

Sounds like JetBlue is losing one pilot a day, Frontier is imploding, Allegiant can't keep pilots, Southwest pilots are seriously considering leaving and nobody is showing up to fly 747's for Atlas. This all happened in a few months time. Seems crazy. But I am also starting to feel like APC has turned into the Drudge Report for airline pilots.
