So, at this point in their career, they are fairly senior Captains….. What say you on their capability to coach and teach junior FOs when their own experience is so relatively limited???

If you were referring to Jyri, he is a piece of ****. I think we all can agree on that. If not, I’d love to know another douchebag piece of management we formerly had.

Not very good!!!! Was one little princess that went through four check airmen that wouldn't sign her off until the last was told "failure wasn't an option". Such B.S.! And no....wasn't Jryi........

Jeff Carlson; he pre-dated Jyri by about 5-6 years. Came from NWA.

Nope, predates him. Brought along some of his whiz kids interns from NW to develop training who never actually flew the jet. Some of the CBTs still have their narrations and it makes me cringe to this day.
