that’s fluid because of the Covid stagnation. Right now March 2020 hires aren’t holding lines so…. 1.5 years. but once they do, the 2021 hires will be right behind them, likely dropping it to 3-6 months. Longer in ORD.

Anyone have a general idea of how long to hold a line in LAS/FO? I know COVID will have its effect but what was it prior or currently?

Looks like the junior person is an early 2021 hire. Things are just now starting to move, so who knows?

I meant the plug, not lineholder.

How is the QOL in DTW?
How many hours per month can you credit on average?
What kind of health insurance does Spirit offer?

Very interested in these responses. Especially curious to hear the average credit/off days? Is there a lot of soft time in the pay? I know at some other LCC's you can credit much more than you actually fly. Is that the case at Spirit as well?

QOL as a line holder is pretty good no matter where you’re based.

You can credit as little or as much as you want as a line holder. Not difficult to credit 90 hours a month with 14 days off. Also not difficult to drop down to nearly nothing before the grid goes red.

Good mix of health insurance options. Don’t feel like researching all the different options but there is something for everyone. Never heard of anyone complain about our health insurance options here.
