Im gonna have to sort of disagree with you there. Hes been real flaky at work lately and I dont think hes the caliber person we want for upper management. Hes also been having problems with his TPS reports.

Night and Day IMC breakdown? In which jet? I have some Tuesday night IMC in Bombardiers and some Day IMC in non T-Tail HS125s. Four engine IMC in September you ask? You know it!
I remember filling out the US Air app years ago and I could never get their time matrix to add up right. I just let it ride and thought if they are concerned about the breakdown between 172/182 time from 15 year previous, they are looking into different demographics for their candidates.

Clearly not yet:
But they are anticipating 33 NEW A320 NEOs before the end of 2022, and they actually moved some of those 2022 deliveries FORWARD from later years. Unless they retire older aircraft that’ll require 400ish pilots counting their very few retirees over the next two years and they sure aren’t losing many people to the legacies in this environment. So they’ll likely at least slow down as they approach 400 new hires. First couple months are apparently only going to be 24 new hires as training spins back up. For that matter, they are hiring trainers too if you are a little skosh on flight hour requirements and don’t mind living in FLL:

133 airframes coming between now and Q4 2022. Q4 2020 earnings call mentioned the 100 airframes ordered this time last year with deliveries beginning 2023. The reference was that they had 'found' additional airframes in addition to the 100. If you assume the original 5 year delivery schedule you can plan (big leap in aviation) for 2027 total of 290 airframes +additional found airframes and - the entire A319 fleet (31).
