How about the time to review your app for an interview? I’ve had it in since September, 2 internal LORs and attended the MTC in ORD in November. Radio silence and still sitting at “Under Review.” No TBNT or anything after the MTC.

Question regarding scheduling an interview:
trying not to put the cart before the horse, but finally got an MTC invite for Feb 8th. Assuming I’m fortunate enough for an interview invite, what kind of windows are we talking about? I’m hearing things like “when we wrapped up the MTC chat they asked if you’d be available for a date” and “a few days later they offer X Y and Z.”
Our March bid won’t even start till the 10th and pbs publishes about a week after that. Also have some inflexible days off mid March. Is it detrimental to commit to a date then ask to change it, or to ask for a future interview window? I’ve been waiting a year to get any sort of response from Spirit so I’m excited about this, but it also sounds like you guys are getting interview offers (or tbnt) pretty quick.

Where’s Feb 8th and how did you find out about it?

Sheer dumb luck, I guess. I applied a year ago and have been updating periodically, radio silence. I tried emailing MTC and figured I wouldn’t fret anymore, if they call me then they call, if not then oh well. Few more weeks go by and today I got an invite. I’m assuming it’s not uncouth to say where it is since everyone else was doing it in past months? To my surprise it’s in SLC, I thought they only did it in spirit domiciles. Anyway I was pretty thrilled to get an invite and thag it’s close to me.
