It has gotten infinitely better than what it used to be. Controlling costs comes at a price and I don't know about you, but I'm pretty happy with our direction and not worried about our lack of IT at all.

So I am assuming that is a yes; that is, they are looking for actual IMC conditions and not just night flying.

Halon is our resident dabbler in buffoonery. Dont take what he says with any seriousness. If they are asking for actual IMC, they want IMC. If they ask for IMC night, that's what they want. I mean, there is a reason they ask for this stuff so I would dig up a number. Cooperate and Graduate begins with the application and ends at 65

All interviews (phone/in person....which I guess now is video) are very straightforward. No technical questions, just go through your resume and a few questions about yourself/experiences. My guess is they’re making sure you didn’t lie, want to make sure you can pass training, and would be a decent person to spend a 4 day trip with.
