I honestly don’t care one way or another. For those who now want Spirit and didn’t before, that’s just the learning curve some people have. If you always wanted Spirit, best of luck and try to convey that in an interview.

Does anyone know how low they’ll consider for the trainer/FOIT job? It says ATP mins, but I have heard they might consider a bit below that. Hey I filled out the application, but never got an email about an assessment. When I go back, it says I completed the application. Did I miss something?

edit: never mind. I had to log in through a different portal
