Congrats! I have the same question for you as I did Arliss then: mind sharing your flying stats? Did you come from a 121 regional? Other?

The usual tell me about your self, why spirit, TMAAT, and what would you do scenarios.

They asked some questions about Jepp plates.

Others were asked some of their specific aircraft limitations, AIM questions, and memory items. I was not though. But I heard that this has been a thing as of late, so maybe it’s one person asking or I talked so much they didn’t have time 😂.

Basic questions,

Can you shoot the approach with XYZ visibility. Brief this SID or approach. If the CL lights are out what is the min for this runway. Some were asked holding speeds.

Great group of people and a fun laid back interview. They do a good job making you feel welcome.

How many interviewers should an interviewee anticipate in their panel?

They aren’t calling, AA is Mil and flow only so that really only leaves two with half the classes going to Mil. Lots of people realizing Spirit is one obviously better than their regional after the first year pay hit and two the legacies who have you on a B scale may never want you.

That's the what I've been seeing and a lot of other guys in the regionals are feeling the same way. With out some squadron buddies to recommend you, its hard out there. Spirit, Frontier and even Allegiant seem like better and better places.

Question: Does an application ever go from under review to any other status. Specifically, if its been rejected for any reason.
