New Flows

Good for you, always take first available. I was offered an earlier class at my last company, was the last class to upgrade, for 3 years I flew with guys hired a few weeks after me that never upgraded (and then I got displaced and furloughed, and If I had gotten furloughed earlier maybe I would have been more senior here, but that is a whole different story....)

Also, years ago, they did use FCOM Airbus flows here. You know how it is, I’m sure some new Dir of Ops didn’t have enough to do, paid too much money, and was told to go work on a “project”. Sounds like that old Dir was from NW cuz what we’re doing now is nearly the same thing I did when I learned the Bus at Allegiant.
For fun let’s say it happens. I don’t see how it’s going to be a good deal for you guys. I doubt they keep doing the “Allegiant model” of day trips and flying a couple times a week to places. Spirit is much bigger and 3x the number of pilots. I guess they could merge and everyone keeps doing their own thing, but why?

Doubtful lol! Remember a year ago or so back when ole Grock was telling everyone to “stay put” and “something big is around the corner”? Everyone though it was United, but I was told by a management pilot, it was Allegiant trying to buy Spirit. Obviously it never happened.
