If you can't understand why this look is bad, or why ALPA cropped him from the photo https://www.instagram.com/we_are_alpa/?hl=en (after numerous emails from pilots) and reposted without him, you will never get it.

For the guys defending the way our rep looks, you are clearly the minority. He might be within Spirit’s uniform compliance (debatable with that tie), but ALPA cropped him out for a good reason. He looks like a slob compared to the other Reps in the photo. Our image matters. There’s a reason why we are suppose to wear professional uniforms and not our cargo shorts and white nike monarchs.

😂. I’m far from a uniform police nazi but c’mon, if we don’t want to be treated like low tier ulcc pilots, maybe we should try looking a little more professional. And I’m not referring to wearing the hat, just throw on a nice jacket that wasn’t a hand me down from your grandpa
