If I forget to wash them out when I get to the hotel room, the next day I duct tape ‘em to the engine intake. Fresh and clean when I get to the destination.

Where were you folks during contract talks?! How come you're so passionate about uniforms, but could care less about achieving the same compensation and benefits other "professional pilots" enjoy?

Most pilots elsewhere with "big boy contracts" could buy multiple uniforms with their profit sharing checks. Heck, a FedEx or Delta pilot could probably start their own factory!

The PBS MOU has been out for weeks, yet not a peep on here. We have far more important issues.

Focus on the important stuff. Most of you don't realize this, but we are proving how rudderless we are to other groups that read threads like this.

I read the pbs MOU the day it was sent out. What do you want to say about it.

Chicken and the Egg...

Some believe you look the part to get the contract you deserve

Some believe you get the contract and then decide to dress the part.

And perhaps, stay with me on this, we are taking about this vs big issues is because we still can't get the simple things right. If we can't comprehend what jacket to wear, how are we going to do "big things?"

Seriously, we can't get pilots to shave their soul patch and you think we are ready to tackle "big boy" contract issues? Haha...My child can't walk yet, should I wonder why he can't drive himself to daycare?

So can we apply for a shaving waiver due to a "medical condition" like those who serve??

Also those who serve get to have visible tattoos. You cool with me rolling up in the cockpit with my arms tatted up?
